Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support at support@rankup.diy.
- Cancellation will stop all future billing.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial months, unused features, or remaining subscription periods after cancellation.
Exceptions may apply in case of:
- Duplicate payments
- Accidental multiple subscriptions
- Technical issues directly caused by RankUp resulting in unusable service
* Refund decisions are made at RankUp's sole discretion.
Trials and Discounts
- Any free trial can be canceled before the trial ends to avoid charges.
- Discounted plans are not eligible for pro-rated refunds.
